Description:
In his work, John Izzo contends that happiness is our natural state, but harmful mental patterns can obstruct it. He refers to these obstructions as "thieves," which include control, conceit, coveting, consumption, and comfort. Izzo identified these thieves through his experiences in Spain and Peru, explaining how they disguise themselves and the tools they use. This book aims to help us uncover and safeguard our happiness while also contributing to the improvement of society.
